Workin with Critical Mass inside mar/comm at Apple Inc. headquarters, we were tasked to help redesign the iPhone buyflow process on apple.com to help better guide the user clearly through their purchasing journey. As the iPhone product variety grows and features change between models and carriers, the buyflow process needs to be as clear and simple as possible to make sure customers buy the correct iPhone to suit their needs.
Collaborative
The project had a great deal of cross collaboration with UX team, UI team, Copy Team and overarching Apple Marketing & Comms team. It was required that each member of the team to have a strong knowledge of Apple’s strict design guidelines. With so many eyes on Apple as a global brand, the project from start to finish had to be very meticulously executed.
